In this role, Ameerah work with the Payments Education team in developing and delivering payment-related education content. Ameerah also serves as Director of Payments Risk and Compliance for ePayAdvisors, where she conducts payments related audit, risk assessment and consulting services for financial institutions.
Ameerah has over eleven years of experience in financial services industry. Before joining ePayAdvisors, she was Director of Electronic Payments for PrimeWay Federal Credit Union. As a member of the Senior Management Team, she was responsible for project implementation and direct oversight of the electronic services department which included wire transfer operations, debit and credit card operations, ACH operations, ATM operations, share draft operations, remote deposit operations and online banking management.
She obtained her certification as an Accredited ACH Professional in 2017 and her Accredited Payments Risk Professional certification in 2018.
