Regulation E Overview: Regulation E’s primary function is the protection of consumers who engage in electronic funds transfer and remittance transfers. This session provides an overview of Regulation E including the rights and responsibilities of the parties involved with the types of transactions and the consumer and customer protections provided.

Disclosures and error resolution are critical components of Regulation E. This session addresses disclosure requirements for both electronic funds transfer and remittance transfers as well as error resolution requirements and associated time frames.

As an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), Wanda understands the ACH Rules and how they impact the operations of an institution. Wanda earned her AAP in 2009 and holds a BS in accounting and finance from Limestone College and is a graduate of the 1999 CUNA’s SRCUS of Management.
