Risk Management is an enterprise-wide endeavor. While the board of directors and senior management are charged with assessing, identifying, and monitoring risks within the FI, everyone owns risk and risk mitigation! FIs face a constant challenge to protect the integrity of their data. As new threats continue to arise, so must our due diligence

Rapid changes in the payments industry can also represent increased risk. Financial regulators have called for more risk management enhancements that include a business impact analysis (BIA) and a more comprehensive risk assessment. A thorough risk management process is one of the best ways to mitigate risk within your financial institution.

Please join John Cogdill, AAP, as he guides us through this detailed overview of the risk management requirements found within the NACHA Operating Rules as well as offering techniques to help mitigate identified risks.
